Why EDI?
Simon was drawn to EDI because of its commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and a strong sense of community. He values working in teams because it allows him to consider challenges from different viewpoints—especially those he hasn’t personally faced, but that still have a meaningful impact on the design process. Simon is eager to bring his own creativity and ideas to the table, contributing to the collaborative spirit that makes EDI such a unique and dynamic space.
