About

Anna is very interested in finding ways to incorporate sustainability into the design of objects that we interact with every day, such as buildings or products. She is particularly interested in the circular economy, and the idea of reducing inefficiency by using the byproducts of one human interaction as the input of another. Anna loves human-centered design because of the focus on best defining the problem that the client has, which often may differ significantly from the problem you were presented with.

Why EDI?

Anna loves the culture of design at Northwestern. She fell in love with design during her first Design Thinking and Communication (DTC) class as an undergraduate and continued to get involved with design through classes, Design for America Summer Studio, and now EDI.
