As part of the Rapid Research team at Figma, Neha leverages her background in user experience and product strategy to inspire and influence critical PDE decisions ahead of high-stakes launches. A designer-turned-strategist with a passion for mixed methods research, rapid prototyping, and design for play, she focuses on shaping collaborative designer and developer tools that empower teams around the world to go from idea to shipped products. Her work in driving the Figma Draw product alpha was instrumental to its GA launch at Config 2025, bridging the gap between expressive and efficient design workflows.
Her career prior to Figma spans industries across SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, wearables, telecoms, industrial manufacturing, and CPG.
