Why EDI?
Having witnessed how design-first thinking can transform strategy and service innovation, Adam was drawn to EDI as the next step in his human-centered journey. His work focuses on exploring how relationships between individuals and systems create lasting organizational change. Before joining Northwestern, he served as Student Director of Elon University's Center for Design Thinking, where he led more than 70 workshops and several national consulting projects across education, public, and organizational sectors. He views EDI as an opportunity to strengthen his skills as a practitioner and to design thoughtful, human-centered solutions from the ground up.
