About
With interests in design, technology, and biology, Steve seeks to introduce a sense of nature and eco-consciousness into our lives. Through implementing a sense of reusability and sustainability, incorporating locally sourced materials, and most importantly, utilizing natural mechanisms and processes, Steve thrives to investigate methods to improve the usability of technology that we interact with through utilizing elements of nature.
Why EDI?
Steve often observes modern products marketed as “minimalistic”, “futuristic” and “modern”, when all they are are oversimplified and counterintuitive pieces of cheap plastic and glossy touchscreen. This makes him wonder: “how might we improve the human aspect of designs while maintaining its aesthetics?” This makes him interested in human centered design.
