Hannah's experiences studying and working in industrial design, graphic design, and fine arts concurrently have allowed her to develop and practice a malleable human-centered problem-solving approach for design and communication challenges. She is passionate about the social impact and ethics of design as well as exploring the intersections of art, design, engineering, and science. Hannah values thoughtful, clever, and intuitive design.

Why EDI?

Though industrial design, graphic design, and fine arts may seem distinct, this human-centered mindset allows Hannah to hand-pick skills from each discipline to employ in a broader framework. She is excited to study and continue to develop this methodology in the EDI program, particularly in the studio courses prioritizing human-centered design and approaches to more ambiguous design challenges.
