Erik loves all aspects of designing and prototyping. He is motivated by designing products that push the boundaries of engineering and improve the overall quality of everyday life. He thrives on learning from the experiences of others and is always seeking for new ways to apply inspired innovation into his own designs. Erik believes that it is the duty of every designer to better the world through their own unique experiences and talents.

Why EDI?
For the past six years, Erik has been designing innovative defense structures for the Department of Defense. He quickly learned however that a product can accomplish the intended design purpose but not be user friendly, ultimately leading to a confusing and complex consumer experience. Through EDI, Erik hopes to redirect his design abilities to create groundbreaking technologies that provide a positive consumer experience.
