About
Megan grew up painting, crafting, and building whenever she had the chance. She hopes to pair this passion for the arts with her mechanical engineering background to create products and experiences that have a positive effect on people. Megan believes that we have a lot to learn from others and that human-centered design is key to impactful products.

Why EDI?
Megan chose EDI because she wants to strengthen her design skills. She is eager to learn about the iterative design process and how to sketch/prototype her ideas. She appreciates the emphasis on human-centered design in the program. Megan also values how diverse her cohort is and is excited to learn from people who come from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Megan's hobbies include drawing, decorating cakes, and crafting. She enjoys staying active and being outdoors — kayaking, running, hiking and playing team sports. Megan loves to travel and explore new places with her friends and family.
