About

Lenahan is the founder of Megafauna, a growth + transformation consulting firm. Prior to that, he was the VP of Insights + Innovation at Zillow, where he integrated research, strategy, and design in leading the creation of the company's first customer experience vision. Lenahan has led design-strategy and innovation teams while in executive positions at Fjord (part of Accenture Song), gravitytank, and frog, frounding frogLabs at the latter. 

Throughout his career, Lenahan has integrated his business and brand experience with leading-edge research and design methodologies to unlock growth for organizations as diverse and iconic as Honda, Nike, Microsoft, T-Mobile, 7-Eleven, Samsung, The Seattle Space Needle, Target, and the Federal Reserve.  He believes passionately that business should evolve to be more human-centered, and has thus taught innovation methods for many years at both Kellogg and the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and volunteered countless hours providing mentoring to people rising in the industry.

Lenahan is a frequent writer and speaker at industry conferences on automotives, retail experience, and consumer goods. After twelve years living on an island off of Seattle, Lenahan has recently returned to Chicago with his wife and daughter.
