Corner Makery

The Corner Makery is located within the Segal Design Institute and gives makers access to essential equipment that necessary for creation and discovery. Use of equipment in this facility is community guided, with instruction primarily taking place on a peer-to-peer basis and self-directed learning. Information sessions are typically offered twice a week during the school year and the times change each quarter. To see when info sessions are offered, check the information board located in the space. Users must attend an info session and agree to the maker code of conduct before using any of the equipment.

Equipment & Services

Use of equipment is available on a first come, first served basis, and available 24/7 to anyone with access to the building who has attended an information session and agreed to the code of conduct. Filament for the 3D Printers is free and available in a range of colors. Users should bring their own materials to mill for Carvey or are welcome to the scrap materials in the bin under the mill
