Saskia is a Design Researcher, currently working at Northern Trust helping product teams improve digital experiences using the human-centered approach. Prior to going in-house, Saskia was a design researcher at Doblin, an innovation consultancy (owned by Deloitte). At Doblin, she helped fortune 500 companies explore new opportunities by understanding user needs.
