About
Helen has been practicing Human Centered Design for over 30 years during her career with Procter & Gamble where she has led consumer-driven innovation for products across multiple categories and geographies. She is passionate about understanding consumer needs and translating them into winning product innovation leveraging design thinking and lean innovation skills Her strengths are in designing and conducting research to uncover both articulated and unarticulated insights to define design directions. She has lived and worked in UK, Germany and US and has conducted consumer research across the globe Helen has co-taught the MS EDI Human Centered Design Product Innovation Studio since 2016 along with the CPG Product and Business Innovation Studio Elective. She is also an EDI thesis mentor.
