About

Jill is an accomplished and well-respected Design Principal and Enterprise Design Thinking Leader who has shared her expertise throughout the world. In her 20+ years of experience, 16 of those at IBM, she has embraced the art of the possible through her success on challenging first-of-a kind projects, both large and small. She exhibits personal responsibility in all her interactions, creates strong, long-lasting relationships, and adds value by enabling a sustainable culture of design and design thinking. This behavior refocuses the conversation to users and user outcomes versus features and functions.

As a passionate advocate of Enterprise Design Thinking and active Subject Matter Expert, she has made a significant impact by being an evangelist and teacher—both internally and externally.
She is known for her tireless commitment to mentoring—helping young design talent envision a career path within IBM. The time that Jill devotes to mentoring and volunteering is valuable both to IBM and to the communities in which IBM does business. Through this work, Jill enhances her team’s design skills, her design craft, and the company’s reputation.
