About

As Chief Strategy Officer at Accenture Interactive, Baiju has traversed technology, strategy, design and marketing through his career.  He believes that real innovation, sometimes resembling magic, is possible when these different cultures and lenses are brought together.  His obsession is combining these lenses to drive positive human impact, designing innovative ways to improve people’s lives.

Baiju is a co-founder of Accenture Interactive, the fast-growing, $10 billion Accenture business unit that helps top brands embrace disruption and delight their customers. As Accenture Interactive’s Chief Strategy Officer, he looks after two strategic elements. First, he leads the Strategy & Design practice globally: a formidable team of over 2,000 strategists, designers and product innovators.  This includes the teams that Baiju has acquired such as Fjord, Insitum and Matter. Second, he is responsible for Accenture Interactive’s overall global growth strategy, which includes its purpose, positioning, acquisitions and investments. 

Baiju’s passion lies in building businesses & leading great teams who architect disruptive business strategies, agitate corporate change and catalyze new corporate ventures.  Baiju hold several patents and his market perspectives have been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, MIT’s Sloan Management Review and BusinessWeek.   Baiju makes his home outside of Chicago with his wife and two boys.
