John Renaldi is an adjunct lecturer for the MPD2 Program with a focus on product innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently, John leads global wearable software for Google and is responsible for design, product management and research for the company.

Until recently, John was the founder and CEO of Jiobit, a location-based product company that was sold to Life360. Prior to Jiobit, John held multiple product and technology leadership roles at Motorola Mobility.

Over the past decade, John has focused on the intersection of eCommerce, physical and digital experiences with a track record of building new consumer technologies and business models. From the back-of-the-napkin concepts through research, recruiting, customer acquisition and launch, John has led innovations and teams who were recognized by Webby Awards, Best of Wired, Best of CES, and even featured by technology legend Guy Kawasaki.

Inspiring product organizations to focus on outcomes over outputs, John has led innovators with a strong mission focused mindset that comes from obsessing on a customer's pain over novel solutions which help to build organizational cultures that yield missionaries, not mercenaries.
