Sabrina Rahman

Sabrina Rahman brings over twenty years of experience helping top companies and government institutions build high-performing, inclusive cultures. A trusted advisor to executives and boards, she speaks widely on topics like belonging, leadership, and innovation. She currently teaches at Northwestern and Loyola Universities. Previously, Sabrina served as a leader in the Federal Reserve’s largest division where she led operations, strategic planning, and communications. She started her career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young LLP, later working as a corporate strategist at UnitedHealth Group and as a consultant for the UN Development Program. Her consulting expertise is centered on driving large-scale organizational change from within. Most recently, she served as the Director of Corporate Innovation and Strategy at MATTER, a Chicago-based healthcare tech incubator. She has a passion for understanding people—what guides them, motivates them, and fosters their sense of belonging.
