About

Recently returned from the MIT Sloan Fellows program having completed an MBA with a focus on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership, I am passionate about customer advocacy and how user insights inform product development and design to create delightful customer experiences.

Last year in Boston included getting deeply engaged in learning more about data analytics and how we humans can partner with technology as it becomes more autonomous and how organizations can become adept at using data to fuel decisions and evolve great experiences.

I have been at Salesforce for just under 5 years and created our Envision strategic advisory offering, and lead an Experimentation team to define how enterprise customers think about innovation; creating opportunities for innovative capabilities and developing an experimentation mindset.

I am passionate about customer experience and how paying attention to customer needs can empower a nimble, data-driven organization to thrive.
