Mike Kim is a product management leader, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 15 years of experience developing digital products, transforming customer experiences, and helping organizations turn complex problems into innovative solutions. He currently serves as Chief Product Officer and Product Advisor at Aviary AI, where he leads product strategy for a generative AI knowledge platform. Mike also is a coach and facilitator for SUPRA, a product management leadership community.
Throughout his career, Mike has worked with Fortune 100 companies and startups across product strategy, product management, digital transformation, customer discovery, and technology-enabled innovation. He is particularly interested in the intersection of human-centered design, business strategy, and technology. Mike is passionate in helping product leaders navigate the ambiguity that comes with building new products and empowering existing organizations to exceed expectations. Mike brings a practitioner’s perspective to the classroom, drawing on experience leading product teams, advising executives, working directly with customers, and building products in both startups and large enterprises.
