Anvin Joe Manadan is a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Inventus Power, primarily working on the design and development of Lithium-ion battery packs ranging from 12V to 48V. Anvin has led multiple battery pack design projects, starting with prototype stages and into full production. He is responsible for the architecture, circuitry, and firmware for the Battery Management System (BMS). He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has authored multiple journals on design considerations for Li-ion battery packs.
