Gary Hallgren is President of Arity, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation, and a mobility data and analytics company focused on transforming how organizations design, build, and scale products through data‑driven insight. He leads Arity’s vision, strategy, and operations, helping enterprises apply analytics and software innovation to solve complex mobility, risk, and customer experience challenges.
Gary brings deep experience building and scaling next‑generation telematics and Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) businesses, with a career spanning product development, data platforms, and digital transformation. He has led corporate strategy, product innovation, and multiple successful mergers and acquisitions across public and venture‑backed organizations - translating emerging technology into commercial impact.
Prior to joining The Allstate Corporation in 2015, Gary served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Telogis, where he helped shape the company’s growth through strategic acquisitions spanning fleet management, insurance telematics, routing and logistics, and commercial navigation. He previously led Remote Dynamics as CEO, guiding a successful turnaround and positioning the company as a leading telematics provider for the construction industry.
Earlier in his career, Gary served as President and CEO of WirelessCar North America and as Vice President of Operations at Volvo Technology of America, where he worked closely with vehicle manufacturers to bring connected‑vehicle and telematics solutions to market across automotive, fleet, and marine applications.
