Amber HallAdjunct Lecturer

Amber is a Senior Product Manager at Kohler Co., leading the category strategy and financial performance for bathroom faucets and accessories. As a seasoned engineer & product innovation strategist who garnered 15 patents under 30 with Ford Motor Company, she continues to leverage her multi-industry experience to solve consumer needs. She combines her understanding of consumer behavior and product development knowledge to uncover new category growth opportunities and develop breakthrough innovative solutions. 

Amber is passionate about advancing and cultivating change for Women of Color in Corporate America, particularly in STEM fields. In doing so, she spends her time advocating at various levels. Most notably, she currently serves as an auxiliary member for the State of Michigan Women's Commission with a focus on Women leadership. Amber also is a member of the University of Toledo College of Engineering Visiting Advisory Board working to ensuring the academic experience for minority students is equitable.
