About
Susan Goren provides strategic operations management for the EDI, MPD, and MMM program, Northwestern’s dual degree master’s program consisting of an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Design Innovation. Her responsibilities include corporate partnerships, operations, faculty and student support, program marketing, branding, program administration and financial management.
Susan joins with a professional background of 25 years of leadership experience in arts business management. She served as President of Atlas Galleries, a retail art gallery business with operations and locations historically in Chicago and Puerto Rico. Recently, Susan served as the Executive Director of Ignite Glass Studios, an arts studio, manufacturing site and educational facility in Chicago’s West Loop. At Ignite she partnered with The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, University of Chicago, Columbia College and non-profit programs such as After School Matters.
Susan also currently has an active art consulting firm named SPG Art Advisory which helps individuals and organizations acquire, de-access and manage art collections.
