Rasháanda Cook is the Founder and Principal of Brave PathTM Consulting & Coaching, LLC, an organization dedicated to the realization of two key journeys. Creating workplaces where executives and employees, alike, thrive by bringing their whole best selves to work and contributing, unencumbered, their unique gifts and talents to achieve desired business outcomes. Creating life spaces where individuals overcome goal-deterring obstacles and wholeheartedly pursue their personal and professional dreams.
As an accomplished HR executive and external consultant, Rasháanda specializes in creating and executing organization strategies that continually align people, processes, structure and culture with the business strategy to deliver desired business results. She has implemented successful initiatives at Ascension, where she was Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, at Ascension Health, where she was Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Learning Officer, and at Motorola, where as a Director she led the Global Organization Development Center of Expertise. In addition to her corporate roles, she has worked as a consultant for Accenture and The Segal Company (Sibson) in a variety of industries including: professional services, healthcare, high-tech, telecommunications, banking, insurance and manufacturing. Rasháanda has facilitated countless organizational interventions to address organizational challenges in leadership alignment, strategy alignment, change management, employee engagement, organization assessments and a host of other organizational effectiveness areas
Rasháanda received an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University.
