SueSan Chen (they/them) is a Senior Manager of Brand Environments at United Airlines, where their team leads the experience design strategy for United airport spaces. For their work in redefining the company's brand environment standards to prioritize accessibility, inclusivity and sustainability, they were selected as a 2022 Empower Top 100 Future Leaders by INvolve—The Inclusion People. Prior to their role in the Brand, SueSan worked on the aircraft interiors and UX teams.

SueSan is a proud alumnus of Northwestern and holds a BS in Manufacturing and Design Engineering and MS in Engineering Design Innovation from Northwestern University.
