Dan co-teaches Service Design and is a Principal at Reciprocal, a strategic design and innovation collective that supports mission-driven organizations and coalitions.Previously Dan was the Director of Innovation & Service Design at Feeding America, and Associate Director and Service Designer at UnitedHealth Group.
Dan is a Northwestern alum of the MS EDI program and graduated in 2013.
