EDI student Torey Kocsik was recently interviewed by James Dyson Foundation about how she came to be an engineer as well as some of the challenges of being a female in a male-dominated industry.

Kocsik, who is a 2015 JDF engineering scholarship recipient, also opens up about the influence her father had on her career path, and she discusses ideas for how to encourage more females to enter the field.
