How have you leveraged MMM in your career so far?
As a PM, I need to have a deep understanding of my customers and how I can convert pain-points to delightful experiences. The human-centered innovation process, which I mastered in the MMM program, allows me to approach this difficult task with confidence and uncover deep insights that feed my product roadmap. In addition, making complex product decisions require the cross-functional effort of business, design, and engineering. The combined MMM curriculum helps me to effectively collaborate with my stakeholders, understand the trade-offs and synthesize a coherent product strategy.
What advice do you have for a student starting the MMM Program?
Prioritize. The MMM Program offers many amazing opportunities. Getting the most of your two years is not about doing everything, but focusing on the things that matter most. Think about what you are trying to achieve, concentrate on that and don't be afraid to say no.
