Casey serves as the Manager of Program Administration at the Segal Design Institute, where she oversees and coordinates a broad range of services that support the Institute’s operational effectiveness. Her responsibilities include developing, implementing, and refining administrative policies and procedures to enhance workflow, ensure compliance with University standards, and improve overall efficiency. She manages the department’s budget, acts as a key liaison between the administrative team, faculty, senior leadership, and other Northwestern University departments, and organizes meetings, events, and schedules to facilitate clear communication and seamless day-to-day operations.
