Eleanor BurgessDesign Research Fellow Alumnus

About

Eleanor is a PhD candidate in the Media, Technology, and Society program working in the PITCH Lab. Her research investigates the human experience of healthcare technology interaction. Within care settings, she explores the needs of patients, families, and healthcare providers to inform the design of human-centered solutions. She currently conducts research with care managers and people managing depression to support mental healthcare delivery and digital mental health interventions. As a Fulbright scholar, she earned her MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London. She received her BA in Communication Studies from Northwestern University with a minor in Global Health Studies.
