Description
In the real world of design-led business, how do you design for impact at scale? How do you use design thinking to build confidence amid the messiness of real business context? This course will use real world examples to explore what it is really like within a design-led business, and what it means to be impactful across an organization:
- How the value of design is socialized
- How the value of design is realized for impact to the business
- How the work is shaped and delivered
- What kind of talent is needed to build and deliver
- The cultural implications, benefits, and tensions within the workplace.
We will also examine where the design-led business is going, and the overall impact of design, and design thinking on larger corporate functions like marketing, brand, and innovation.
