Douglas WillsAdjunct Lecturer


Douglas Wills is a freelance designer, innovator, and cultural navigator. His forte is leading teams through complex, transformational design and innovation projects. Douglas enjoys sharing his expertise in design research with his students and clients and always aims to foster a stimulating atmosphere in which design teams can thrive. He has enjoyed working with great firms such as Meta4, VSA Partners, Doblin, Strategos and Ernst Young.

Douglas has had success with long-term implementation projects at multiple Fortune 100 companies spanning steel to consumer goods, but is most proud of his five years in Seoul, South Korea, working with the country’s leading telecoms. He specializes in the innovation journey, user experience, and client relationship management.
