About

Noah's work takes a user-centered approach to creating tools for professional audio engineers. When mixing multitrack audio, traditional visualizations such as waveforms show properties of individual tracks of audio, but what is important is the perceptual relationships between tracks. Noah is designing and implementing prototype visualizations that use computational models of human auditory perception to represent aspects of these perceptual relationships.
