About

Mark Fisher has over thirty years of user-centered product development expertise, in a diverse range of industries including aerospace, industrial products, consumer products, and medical devices.  Mark has developed staplers, satellite power systems, jet engine components, bridge lifting systems, rescue equipment, medical diagnostic products for the developing world, health insurance products, and a large range of medical devices.  He teaches design thinking, medical device development, and entrepreneurship classes at Northwestern.  He also actively consults to medical device companies and start-ups both in product development, design for the developing world, product and corporate strategy, and acquisitions.  Mark has 30+ unique patents and a range of international design awards.
