Description

Making Things Sustainable focuses on the entire development process for products with enhanced sustainability attributes. It involves a deep dive into material families: where they come from, how they are converted from natural state into value-added materials, which manufacturing methods are best, and how they are used in everyday products. Students will engage in discussions about sustainability as well as research, design, and create novel artifacts using specific materials.
